Excellent location, comfortable beds, high speed WiFi, accommodating and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

The hotel is conveniently located right by the water shuttle stop of St Angelo, making it easy to navigate the city. The rooms are tastefully furnished and the bathrooms are modern and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing a warm welcome to guests. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options. There are also additional amenities such as a bar and outdoor seating area for guests to enjoy.

The standard double rooms, although tastefully furnished, can be on the smaller side and may not offer as much space as some guests would prefer.

Excellent location right by the water taxi stop, making it convenient for transportation. Friendly and helpful staff who provided maps, suggestions, and even reconfirmed our water taxi to the airport. A beautiful lobby and comfortable, modern rooms with a good mattress and pillows.

Sometimes the bar was understaffed, resulting in longer wait times to be served.

Comfortable and clean rooms, ensuring a pleasant stay. The hotel’s key location on the canal made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and getting around. the staff were always ready to assist and went out of their way to help us arrange airport transfers. the rooms were clean and comfortable, ensuring a cozy stay during our Christmas vacation.

The rooms were smaller and less modern than depicted, which was a bit misleading.

We absolutely loved our stay at this amazing hotel. The location was perfect, right on the Grand Canal, and we could easily hop onto a vaporetto just steps from the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for our comfort. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us maps and suggestions for places to visit and dine. We were even welcomed with a refreshing drink while we waited for our room to be ready. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff making sure we had a fantastic experience.

I would highly recommend this place to all our friends. The location, service, and overall experience were outstanding.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-designed room at Palazzo Barocci. The view from our balcony was absolutely amazing. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with our luggage and provided helpful recommendations for exploring the city. We also appreciated the personal touches, such as the welcome letter and box of chocolates upon arrival. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions in Venice. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is right by the water shuttle stop of St Angelo. Being next to the vaporetto station makes it extremely convenient for travelers to explore the city. The service provided by the staff is excellent, with receptionist Gommarie offering useful information and the hotel promptly finding a lost item for a guest. The breakfast offered is decent and there are facilities such as a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom with quality amenities.

The room can be a bit small, but it is not a major issue considering the overall experience.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location could not have been better, as we were right on the Grand Canal with a waterbus stop right in front of the hotel. The breakfast in the courtyard was lovely and the buffet had plenty of choices. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and they really made our stay enjoyable.
